What material is used in making mat?

Mats are made of Polypropylene (PP) tubes/straws. They can be either fresh or reprocessed.

What sizes are available?

Mats length and width is adjustable, maximum width is 180cm (6 feet), any length can be made. The most common sizes are 3 x 6, 4 x 6, 5 x 7, 6 x 6 and 6 x 9ft.

What customization options are available?

Design, Color, Length, Width and Packing of the mat can be customized.

What is the average life of mats?

Fresh quality mats last up to 1-year, Reprocessed mats last up to 6 months.

What is the weight of mat?

We offer a weight of 430 GSM. A typical 4 x 6ft Mat weighs around 1Kg.

What is the maximum number of colors a mat can be made in?

A mat can be made in a maximum of 4 colors.

What designs can a mat be made in?

Any design except for 3D, in maximum of 4 colors is possible.

Is the same design possible in all sizes?

Yes, Same designs can be made in multiple sizes.

What additives are used in the process?

Color pigments or colored master batches and UV stabilizers (as per requirement) are added to the mat.

What is the lead time?

Depends on number of sizes, designs and quantities.

Are mats AZO free?

AZO free pigments can be used if required.

What are the various bulk packing options available?

Bale and carton packing are the most common packaging options. However, if any other customized packaging is needed then we can provide it.

What are the various accuracy levels?

There can be ± 3% variation in the length, width and weight of the mats. There is a 19/20 variation in the color.
